We produce millions of pies and dessert items per year for retail and foodservice customers at our bakeries in Oak Forest, Illinois and Chaska Minnesota. Both the Chaska, Minnesota and Oak Forest, Illinois facilities have received the SQF Food Safety and Quality badges (formerly level 3), the highest level of certification that exists for SQF. Between our facilities we have a number of different oven types, including two state-of-the-art tunnel ovens. Our multiple oven types gives us the flexibility to run small or large runs and create custom, one-of-a-kind desserts.

Both Chaska and Oak Forest have food safety and quality programs including; Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Allergen Control Program, Pest Management, Foreign Material Detection, Check Weighers and Organoleptic Evaluations to ensure the safety and quality of all the products we produce.
