We can produce over 30 million+ desserts per year at our three bakeries in Oak Forest, Illinois, Chaska, Minnesota and Santa Ana, California. Our Chaska bakery currently features two state-of-the-art tunnel ovens as well as a multi-line rotary freezer and high tech packaging capabilities. Our Oak Forest and Santa Ana bakeries have a multitude of different types of baking equipment to give you, our customer the greatest flexibility and custom capabilities. This allows us to create both custom, one-of-a-kind desserts for our customers as well as standard items in larger quantities. In addition, we can also produce Circle U Dairy certified kosher products.
