Galettes

Originating out of France, galette's, also called peasant pies or rustic tarts, generally have a crust on the bottom but are open faced on top with crust folded over on the edges.  Prized for their unique visual appeal, the popularity of galettes has exploded in recent years.  Customers have told us they like to bring galettes to parties or share them with family members because it's unique and has a great visual presence (in other words, they look cool!).  Due to the nature of the product, we can only offer galettes in an unbaked or raw form.

Peach Raspberry Galette

The peach raspberry galette looks as good as it tastes. With juicy peaches and plump raspberries showing in the middle of our tender flaky crust you won't be able to resist. Sugar crystals on the crust give it that extra bling.
