Cobblers

What makes a dessert a cobbler depends on where you are.  Typically, a cobbler is a larger, usually rectangle or square, dish containing baked fruit or other filling.  Cobblers usually don't have a bottom crust (ours doesn't) but would have a crust or crumb topping covering the top as the Legendary cobbler does.  Given the similarity to pie, it's only natural that our cobblers would be made in the same tradition as our award winning fruit pies.  We use only the finest fruit and the tastiest toppings whether it's crumb or flaky crust on our cobblers.  Our cobblers come 5" x 8" and come with our without retail ready packaging as shown below.
