Quality

We produce millions of pies and other dessert items per year for our retail and
foodservice customers at our two bakeries in Oak Forest, Illinois and Chaska, Minnesota.
Both bakeries are SQF Level III certified (the highest level that exists) and feature
numerous production lines. Our Chaska bakery also features two state-of-the-art tunnel
ovens and our Oak Forest bakery features different types of ovens to give us the
flexibility for smaller runs and allow us to create custom, one-of-a-kind desserts.

Food safety programs at both bakeries include Hazard Analysis Critical Control
Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Allergen control, Integrated
Pest Management (IPM) and utilize advanced X-ray technology, metal detectors
and check weighers to ensure the quality and consistency of our legendary desserts.
We can also produce Circle U Dairy certified Kosher products.
