Quality

We produce millions of pies and other dessert items per year for our retail and foodservice
customers at our three bakeries in Oak Forest, Illinois, Chaska, Minnesota and Santa Ana,
California.  Oak Forest and Chaska are SQF Level III certified (the highest level that exists)
and Santa Ana is SQF Level II certified and all feature numerous production lines. Our 
Chaska bakery also features two state-of-the-art tunnel ovens and both our Oak Forest
and Santa Ana bakeries feature different types of ovens including tunnel ovens to give                                                                        us the flexibility for smaller runs and allow us to create custom, one-of-a-kind desserts.

Food safety programs at all three bakeries include Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
(HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Allergen control, Integrated Pest
Management (IPM) and utilize advanced X-ray technology, metal detectors and check
weighers to ensure the quality and consistency of our legendary desserts.  Additionally,
we can also produce Circle U Dairy certified Kosher products.
