Legendary Bakeries

We produce over 18 million pies per year for Bakers Square and Village Inn Restaurants and our retail and foodservice customers at our two commercial bakeries in Oak Forest, Illinois and Chaska, Minnesota. Both bakeries are SQF Level II certified and feature numerous production lines. Our Chaska bakery also features a state-of-the-art tunnel oven. Our Oak Forest, Illinois bakery gives us the flexibility for smaller runs and allows us to create custom, one-of-a-kind desserts for our customers.


Food safety programs at both bakeries include Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Allergen control, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and utilize X-ray technology, metal detectors and check weighers to ensure the quality of our legendary desserts. We can also produce Kashruth and Circle U Dairy certified Kosher products.


Both bakeries maintain exceptional service levels to meet the dynamic needs of our customers.
