Production – Cream and GarnishMeet Tyeshia, who works in the Cream and Garnish area at Legendary Baking. The main accountabilities in this position are to: - Prepare, fill, cream and decorate desserts.
- Cut candies, spin graham, and shave chocolate for desserts.
- Ensure desserts are consistent with established written specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices and food processing regulations.
